I was in home quarantine but had a trip coming up right after. I had previously met Alvin in the shop and he gave me some really good advice on which BC to get for my purposes. Fast forward a few weeks, I got a quarantine order and couldn’t go out to make my purchases. I wanted to make sure I was familiar with the reel before my trip so that I could maximise my fishing.
I reached out to Alvin via phone and he very kindly guided me on what setup and even took pictures so that I could check it out online first. Alvin really went above and beyond, helping me spool and have the entire setup delivered to my house! Really appreciate the extra effort!
